Apply now Are you a Senior Manager with expertise in the field of Regulatory Compliance, FCA, FLA and Risk Management? Are you a subject matter expert with a background in either Consumer Credit or Motor Finance? This is a challenging strategic and operational Senior Compliance and Risk Department Managerial post that works closely with stakeholders across a global Automotive and Motor Finance business. We are looking for a knowledgeable and seasoned Compliance expert with a solid understanding of FCA regulations from working within a highly regulated environment. Responsibilities; * Supporting the Operations Director in all areas concerning Risk Management, corporate governance, financial conduct authority reporting (FCA) and Motor Finance regulations. * Provide the business with key compliance and regulatory support in reporting, company procedures, corporate governance and consumer regulation. * Ensure business is compliant with FCA regulations whilst maintaining customer service levels * Manage and motivate the Compliance & Risk Manager * Business continuity planning and testing and reporting * Manage annual SOX and audit processes, business monitoring and adhering to regulatory and legal obligations such as anti-money laundering and data protection act. * Attend FLA fraud meetings, regulatory reforms, compliance forums and meetings with legal bodies * Assist with regulated customer complaint handling and assist dealer network with compliance and legal support Profile; As a Compliance and Risk matter expert, you will need the credibility and gravitas to deal with senior stakeholders across the business as well as external legal bodies and regulatory bodies. With a solid understanding of FCA regulations, you will have the confidence and ability to work with autonomy and be able to use authority to challenge senior stakeholders. This experience will have been gained in a Consumer Credit or Motor Finance business and managerial experience would be preferred. You could however, potentially be someone looking for that next step up in their career but equally could be a more experienced person looking for a step down, but most importantly you are an expert in your field and be able to demonstrate this clearly through your organised and methodical approach and business acumen.
