Apply now This is an exciting newly created opportunity to join a leading pensions organisation as a Pension Resolution Associate. The main focus of this role will be to work within the complaints department of this firm. This is a customer facing role and you will be communicating with customers, understanding what issues they have encountered and either try to resolve the issue yourself or pass it on to the escalations team. In order to be considered for this role suitable applicants must demonstrate the following: Experience of complaint handling, ideally within Pensions, however experience within a different area could also be consideredEngage confidently with customers, communicating effectively verbally and in writing with a wide range of people.Remain impartial, clear, sensitive and tactful.Assess information quickly, identify key issues, and give sound and well-reasoned responses that consider a range of possible solutions.Remain calm and organised under pressure; manage own workloads; be aware of workload of others.Work competently with IT, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel; learn to use case management systems / databases quickly.Support colleagues and the wider organisation: act cooperatively, engage on projects and strategic initiatives, monitor data and trends This is a very rewarding role, based with a fantastic company who really look after their staff.
