Job Description: Bookkeeping and Management Accounts for the CompanyReconciling AccountsPreparing Journals and journal entriesPreparation of Accounts up to P&L and Trial BalanceReconciling the bank accounts and credit card statementAllocation of bank payments/receipts onto QuickBooksInput of Purchase InvoicesPreparing quarterly VAT returnsForecast/Budgets SchedulesAll Bank Payment runs Sterling + Euros/Dollars via foreign exchange companyPayroll Liaison with AccountantsQuarterly P&L Review against Forecast/BudgetsMain contact for IT Support (via liaison with external IT support company)Responsible for all Insurance policies and renewalsQuickBooks supportExcel - experience in data extraction (i.e. export from QuickBooks)Accountant liaison including annual submission of financials in prep for Annual AccountsCash-flow reportingVehicle Contract Hire contractsDebt Chasing Statements/Solicitors letters Person Specification: Experience in Bookkeeping / Management AccountsIdeally either HND/Degree level or accounts part qualified in one of the following disciplines, CIMA, ACCA or ATTStrong IT skillsKnowledge of QuickBooks in a stock environment (desirable)Competent Excel user to include data export from accounts systemExperience in the upgrading of an accounts package Additional Information: Based in Leatherhead£35,000Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm23 days holiday + bank holidayFREE onsite parking Please note; Due to the large number of applications that we receive, if you have not had a response within 7 days, please assume that you have been unsuccessful on this occasion.
