Apply now I am currently looking for Community Payback Supervisors on an Ad-Hoc basis in the Manchester area for my client, this is weekday and weekend work. You will supervise groups of offenders. These offenders will have been sentenced by the Courts to carry out unpaid work as an alternative to a custodial sentence. In addition, you will monitor and supervise the work of offender teams and assess offenders' work performance and time keeping, ensuring compliance with the conditions of community service orders To be able to apply for this role it would be desirable if you had the following: A DBS (CRB)- within the last 12 months - one can be processed via ServocaA valid Driving Licence1st Aid certified - within the last 5 years ideallyManagerial / Team Management experienceHospitality / Catering experienceNo Experience required (Training Provided) Essential Skills & Experience You will need DIY level ability in a practical skill, painting, decorating, building or gardening and be able to instruct others and supervise their work as well as manage a team. Due to the requirement to drive a company or hired vehicles and must, therefore be over 21 years of age and have a minimum of 2 years' driving experience.
