Apply now To work as the lead designer under the direct line management and guidance of the chief executive to create and develop the design functions, branding and marketing of the Tower Projects strategic objectives to current relevant standards, all legal requirements and best practice. To design and develop all external and internal marketing and information materials for the Tower Project including the website and management of its content, brochures and information leaflets for services, newsletter, annual report. To increase the presence, profile and reputation of the Tower Project with its membership, external commissioners and the wider community. Main duties Redesign and management of the current Tower Project website including all content development and management Responding to marketing requests with a confirmation of submission and timeframe To develop an electronic Tower Project newsletter which may be bi monthly or quarterly To develop and produce a service brochure and information leaflets for all Tower Project service areas Maintaining and updating the Tower Projects poster boards and displays Emailing a standard response to advertising requests from staff Co-ordinating Promotional materials in partnership with external partners Basic website tasks (changing email addresses, modifying links etc if required) The co-ordination and full production of the Tower Projects annual reportRetrieving monthly reports of Google analytics and filing information Organization of any Tower Project marketing materials (i.e.; media publications archived, flyers distributed and stored, log of banners) Regular reviews of website for missing and updated content Co-ordination and management of all social media management ( i.e.; Facebook, Twitter, Etc ) Assist with logistical co-ordinations of large Tower Project events ( i.e.; Annual general Meeting ) Assist all related written and published materials for the Tower Project. To be trained on the administration of the website and subsequently update content where appropriate. To undertake duties in accordance with our equality and diversity policies. Compiling feedback data from comment cards, website surveys, focus groups and various other formats Working Environment Receive, and respond to, enquiries from/to customer, judging when to pass more complex queries on to or involve others, to provide a courteous and effective service. Carries out a wide range of support tasks to agreed service standards, referring more complex issues to line manager for assistance and guidance. Deliver the administration of marketing and promotion of all Tower Project activities and services including posters, flyers, banners, in-store marketing, online and print. Have a flexible approach to duties and work, and adopt a team work style with services and with activities across the Tower Project. This may involve undertaking duties in support of the activities and services of other departments. Freedom to Act & Decision Making Perform straightforward interpretation, analysis and manipulation of data, tasks or information, presenting findings/results accurately and appropriately to support effective reporting of information. Refer to more senior colleagues for prioritising and scheduling of non-standard work. Ensure that all marketing materials and files are stored properly and are easily accessible. To source, purchase and monitor usage of Tower Project Marketing equipment, subject to financial constraints below. Plan and prioritise own defined work activities, or others' diaries, responding to manager's requirements, in addition to own responsibilities to ensure operational efficiency Communication & Networking Communicate effectively with all members of the Tower Project, members of staff. Execute briefings for services with information provided from Tower Project co-ordinators and managers so that they have the adequate information to promote events, activities, campaigns and services. Act as liaison between contractors and staff for work on items such as signage, design and printing. To correspond with the colleagues with requests for Marketing.
