Apply now A US Life Sciences Consulting Company is currently recruiting a Commercial Operations Manager to join their dynamic London Head Office. This critical position will on a range of project-level activities, including project revenue and profitability tracking as well as project invoicing. This support will involve working with colleagues in the Operations team, Service Line Heads and Finance for the business-level activities, and Project Managers and Project teams for project level activities. The main responsibilities include (but will not be limited to): Revenue recognition and forecasting Monthly review and update, cross-checking revenueLiaising with Finance and Project teams to investigate queries Cost and budget management Working with the Finance Business Partner to track costs and monitor impact on budget Profitability Analysis Ensuring commerciality of projects Operational Processes Project set up, invoicing, contracting Project support Set up - resource plan, revenue forecast, review contractual termsClose - invoicing and data capture Project Financial Management Finance reports - revenue status, cost vs budget, profitabilitySupport - invoice queries and processing cost invoices The successful candidate will work closely with a number of departments and will be encouraged to develop and progress within the organisation. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Commercial, Project Finance professional with strong analytical and Excel skills who has a 3-4 years' experience, in a similar position.
