Apply now Collections Team Leader Berkshire, CJ2355 Salary details on application The Role This role is situated in a fast paced Financial Services organisation within the SME collections department. You will be responsible for a coaching and leading a small collections team - ensuring best in class service levels are achieved through correct usage of core systems working to FCA & other associated legislation (TCF, CCA, DPA). You will also be responsible for assessing current processes and procedures and implementing any improvements to maximise efficiency and overall debt recovery - all the while assessing against Quality Assurance frameworks. About You You will be a strong team coach & manager, who can inspire and motivate your team to achieve high standards of customer service in order to reduce debt within your channel. You will need to have experience in managing a telephone based team in a regulated environment within collections/debt recovery/credit management. You will need to have experience within an FCA (Financial Conduct Authority) regulated business, as this role is heavily involved in making sure you are performing in line with this. Experience with forbearance is a plus, as is developing new processes & procedures. You will need to be proficient in MS office.
