Apply now My client, a leading full-service commercial law firm, is looking for a Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join their growing Litigation team based in Bristol. About the role Recognised by Legal 500, the busy Litigation team works on complex Clinical Negligence disputes, often involving catastrophic injury, brain injury and birth injury. The team provide nationwide coverage and manage a plethora of clients including the public sector, private medical companies and insurers. The Clinical Negligence Solicitor will be handling a varied and challenging caseload of high value defendant clinical negligence matters. Day to day duties will include case management, drafting pleadings and responses, managing witnesses and liaising with clients and opposing Lawyers. About the person The Clinical Negligence Solicitor should be 2-6 years' PQE and have considerable experience of handling complex clinical negligence cases. The ability to stay calm under pressure, work to tight deadlines and handling a complex, challenging caseload. As they will act as a constant point of contact for major clients, the Clinical Negligence Solicitor should be an excellent communicator and commercially focussed.
