The Role: The firm requires a Client Services Operations Manager to join the senior management team, reporting directly to the MD and managing a small, highly motivated team. The key responsibilities involve - but are not limited to - project supervision, coordinating the client-service agenda, CRM, research, team recruitment, account management and contributing toclient pitches/presentations The Ideal Candidate will be a driven and energetic commercial marketer with a proven track record of success in a client-facing (i.e. B2B) service organisation. A minimum of three years' post-grad' marketing experience - ideally in an 'AccountManager' or 'Client Services Manager' role - is preferred. Prior team supervision experience is essential as are first-class organisational ability, a thorough/methodical approach (i.e. strong attention to detail), natural energy, the ability to multi-task under pressure and outstanding interpersonal skills. The position, based in Manchester city centre, is a potentially career-definiing opportunity which carries a competitive remuneration package and the chance to assemble/manage a new team from the outset.
