Apply now Client Service Delivery Manager, Leeds, up to £50,000 + Company Benefits.My client are an asset services who offer fund administration solutions. They seek a service delivery manager to manage service excellence across the network of clients externally and internally, you will track performance and act as an advocate for the clients in relation to service delivery. This role is a senior appointment that requires an experienced individual in fund administration who can develop internal teams as well as take ownership for client / service excellence across the network of investment managers.Hours of work are 9am - 5.30pm,travel may be required, Duties: -Provide subject matter expertise and operational knowledge to both clients, i.e. Investment Management firms, and internal stakeholdersFoster a close client relationship in order to understand their requirements and expectations, and to be responsible for the escalation and resolution for service issuesEnsure the business and outsourced service providers deliver a quality service to clients Maintain and develop relationships with internal clients (e.g. Relationship Management, Transfer Agency, Oversight, Finance, Compliance, Change Delivery, and I.T.) Monitor client and product performance against agreed Service Level Agreements using various tools; and where improvements are required work closely with internal stakeholders to consider these and resolve issues Make sure all client reporting is produced for discussion at service review meetings Attend service review meetings Arrange and host client visits Experience RequiredTo be considered for this role I would like to hear from you if you have previous experience within a client service/operational/middle office role at an Asset Management, Discretionary Wealth or Investment Management firm.
