Apply now This large & exciting Creative Agency have a new opportunity for a Client Team Director to join their senior management on an initial 12-14 month maternity contract. As a leader and motivator, the Client Team Director will set the service level and campaign standards and will take ownership of client feedback and ensure that the team are servicing clients within the planned timeframes. You will provide strategic planning and implementation and will regularly champion the client service team within senior stakeholder meetings and will ensure that the team work inline with the company's vision, values and ethos. You will also support the BD Director with new client wins and will develop and grow current business accounts.The ideal candidate will have:• Experience directly managing and leading a client service team• Experience or an interest within the creative industry• Great communication skills with experience of working with senior stakeholders both internally & externally• Be confident to be the most senior stakeholder within the client service team, making final decisionsPrivate healthcare, Gym membership, Retail vouchers and many more so get in contact to be considered.
