We are looking for a key individual to manage client relationship across Manchester. This is a critical, key leadership role within the organisation; responsible for ensuring a high level of service of all aspects of the business to partner clients. Supporting the Head of Client Relations, this role leads the day to day activity across the region in addition and to being involved strategically to the development of services to existing client portfolio. In addition you will have string commercial awareness, targeting new business opportunities to forward to the Business Development Team being involved in the tendering process as required and supporting new business implementations. Key objectives of the post include: Leading the Client Management activity in the regionDelivering Client satisfaction results through monitoring and delivery of KPI's and SLA'sIdentifying and developing business development and sales opportunitiesManaging and developing team capability across the region With 5 years' experience at senior professional level in a sales/service driven environment, you should be educated to degree level (or with equivalent relevant experience). In addition you should have the ability to problem solve, build good working relationships, negotiate and influence others; ability to plan and organise a range of complex activities and analyse and interpret complex information and present it to the management team and clients on a regular basis.
