Apply now Leading global company based in Cardiff has an exciting opportunity for a Client Relationship Manager to head up a small account management team and to ensure business retention and developing the existing customer portfolio of UK and international clients. Main responsibilities Responsible for the direct management of the CRT (Account Management) team Providing guidance and support in order to ensure successful delivery of key performance indicators Providing leadership for all CRT account managers to drive commercial excellence (more inflow, higher retention, structural inflow) Foster an environment of continuous improvement and excellence through the proactive introduction of new tools, processes and ways of working within the team, innovate and bring ideas Increase customer satisfaction within the region through improved quality/quantity of service delivery Responsible for management and coordination of selected Key accounts Identify and follow up on new business opportunities, including up-selling and cross-selling with current customers Champion the complaints management process from registration through resolution, providing monthly MI updates and communications globally Management experience (including management of remote teams); good hands-on knowledge and ability to communicate internationally and at all levels essential Self-starter, motivator with an energy for delivery Demonstrates ability to model superior customer service Ability to improve and maintain relationships with external customers in order to identify and anticipate needs, share understandings and exceed customer needs Well organised able to handle multiple projects and works well under pressure Willingness for occasional European travel The Company offers A dynamic, international and challenging work environment Training and support to reach your full potential Attractive terms and conditions, including competitive salary, pension package and a range of flexible benefits and rewards
