You will report into the Area Cleaning Manager and manage the cleaning for a large Campus looking after around 60 Cleaning Operatives (split between two shifts) based in the London. We are looking for an experienced Cleaning Manager with a background in CPS cleaning, who are used to managing around 30 Cleaning Operatives. Your hours of work will be 40 per week on a rota basis including weekends. DUTIES WILL INCLUDEAs our Cleaning Shift Manager you will be looking after all aspects of cleaning throughout the Campus, providing cleaning checks and cleaning audits. You will also be responsible for the input of timesheets. On the sites you will manage the general cleaning, this is a hands on role so part of your day may need to be spent cleaning/ training staff. You will need to have excellent time management skills coupled with the ability to converse at all levels.We are looking for candidates with the following Experience within a Cleaning Supervisory role.You will have strong financial acumen and a commercial outlook, be used to providing exceptional service and be ready to adapt to customer`s changing requirements.You will be used to meeting and ideally exceeding set SLA's and used to managing strict KPI's and audits.As a Cleaning Shift Manager you will need exceptional people management skills to be able to lead, motivate and develop your teams.You will be used to carrying out performance and quality audits, producing regular reports and be up to date with current H & S legislation and completing payroll.A clear, confident, articulate communicator - You will have high standards of written and oral EnglishSound knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook and Word OTHER REQUIREMENTS This position offers a competitive salary up to £21,000 plus 20 days holiday plus bank holidays and an auto enrolled pension scheme.Servest Group Ltd is a leading UK facilities management provider.
