Apply now On behalf of my client we are recruiting for Children's Senior Support workers to join their organisation within the Brighton area. This is an independent social care provider with an excellent reputation for providing high quality and tailored packages of care to young people. We have independent residential homes for young people in the 12-17 age range. You must have Level 3 (or equivalent) Diploma in Health and Social Care or a relevant qualification. This is a leadership role, ensuring the care and welfare of each child and giving guidance and support to all Residential Workers. You will be responsible for staff supervision, lead shifts, ensuring placement plans are followed, policies, procedures, risk assessments and rotas are in place and education is supported. You must be experienced in this field and working alongside young people and want to be part of an energetic team, committed to making a difference. The hours are to be worked on a shift basis to meet the needs of the business and require flexibility to include some evenings and weekends, on a rota basis including overnight duties.
