Apply now Jobsecure is currently searching for an experience registered children's home manager who can start in a new home in Wolverhampton. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is wanting a new project to start from scratch! The successful manager will have the responsibility and decision to run the home as their own following OFSTED regulations and compliance. You will have the option to decide which age range and disability you feel will see fit for the lovely 3 bedded home as the home will be empty for you to build a loving, secure environment to support the children and young adults. This will be ideal for a manager who has witness the difference residential homes make to children lives and wants to help those who need extra support. This role is for someone who is forward thinking, who has the confidence to run a home on their own. They will have support from higher management, however this person needs to have experienced worked on their own and have proven records on using their own initiative. The ideal manager will need to be considered Currently registeredExperience working with children and young adults in a residential environmentHas worked at least 2 years in a managerial roleLevel 5 or above in leadership and management working with children and young adults.Available to start as soon as possible.Clear DBS- on the update systemMust have drivers licence. Salary is negotiable and will be discussed further at interview.
