They've focussed on the UK market but are still growing internationally with virtually zero effort. Their plan is now to ramp up growth across different markets and shape the product accordingly.Chief Product Officer / Head of Product Management / Product Director will formulate an ambitious Product strategy across the entire portfolio whilst focusing on driving innovation and new Product development. You will be a commercially minded leader who is happy to work hands-on in a small collaborative team whilst overseeing the entire Product strategy. Chief Product Officer / Head of Product Management / Product Director will:*Manage the Product P&L analysing income and ascertaining efficiency of costs to maximise existing performance.*Developing and improving internal product processes*Responsible for prioritization of all development work*Focus on customer experience and driving the online customer journey across all digital channels (web, mobile, iOS, Android etc)*Being analytical and understanding the competition in the market*Keeping on top of new technologies to drive digital experience*Identify and fill product gaps, lead the brainstorming of new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience/journey and drive growth*Work closely with CTO and engineering teams to ensure time-to-market delivery and resources optimizationChief Product Officer / Head of Product Management / Product Director must have:*Strong digital Product management experience, with a mass consumer digital environment, such as marketplaces, SaaS, eCommerce, media, Travel, Holidays, retail, classifieds, etc.*Experience with managing a portfolio of products.*Proven track record of growing a business through growth in Product portfolio. *Confident, collaborative leader and ego-less leader.*Ability to manage up and down. *Interest in design and web-based technologies*B2C and B2B SaaS experience is preferable to but not necessary.Intelligent People is a specialist Chief Product Officer / Head of Product Management / Product Director recruitment agency.
