This role is to manage whole operation (reporting to CEO and Head office in Japan), risk management, project management and business level reporting time to time. It is an excellent opportunity for those who would be interested in building and managing operatinal system and growing with company. Job description: Perform FX/CFD project oversight to produce consolidated line of business level project reporting.Ensure accurate and timely reporting across the broad portfolio of projects run by the company by coordinating those involvedCapture key project metrics and information for executive level reportingWork with Departmental Managers on developing their forecasts (resources, budget)Establish internal control framework and procedures within the companyIdentify and address operational risk and control issues within the company as a member of the Risk CommitteeWork across the company when operational issues are identified and help compile and devise remediation plansEnforce and perform Compliance coordination to ensure the company is meeting all regulatory and control requirementsInteract across the organisation daily on the aboveManage the company's hiring requirementsVendor management Requirements: Extensive experience and knowledge in FX/CFD industry, both in the Retail and Institutional spaceStrong verbal and written communication skills, native level of EnglishAbility to interact productively with relevant members across the company.Ability to engage with senior management / executive level managementPresentation of data and concepts clearly and conciselyAdaptable / flexible to respond to constantly changing businessProven ability to learn and develop new skills in roleIntermediate/Expert MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint, to track and manage many different types of efforts and dataStrong attention to detailGood problem-solving skillsOrganized with good time management skills.
