Apply now Job Role - Chef De Partie Location - South London Sector: Contract Catering Salary - £23-25k DOE + Paid overtime available at time and half My client is ais a leading Contract Caterer and an exciting opportunity become available for an experienced Chef de Partie to join one of it's operations in South London. You will be preparing food for the staff restaurant as well as a small hospitality offering of mainly sandwiches and buffets. Working within a team of 3 you will need to be a team player as this is a very busy operation and as well as daily tasks you may be required to take extra bookings last minute. This role is based in South London and core hours being 6.30am to 3pm but you must have a degree of flexibility with this role. Sometimes bookings come in for extra functions and overtime maybe required at short notice, this would be roughly till around 5/6pm and is paid at time and a half.
