Apply on employer's website Would you like to play a vital role in an exciting and industry leading project within the Developer Services team?We have a 6 month Fixed Term Contract available, reporting to the Digital Transformation Manager for an enthusiastic and experienced Change Manager.Working with the Digital Transformation Manager, you will be responsible for identifying business changes across all areas of the project; people, process and system. You will understand the change impact and work closely with the Project Team to prepare the business to receive the changes, with emphasis on delivering cultural change and shifting the business to have a more customer-centric culture.With joint responsibility for the adoption of the changes by the business, using tools and techniques to measure success and carry out the required actions, you will focus on three key areas:* Business transformation* Communications and engagement* Reporting and analysis Using your excellent communication skills, you will work with and manage key stakeholders within Developer Services to ensure the successful delivery of the new portal and processes. Whilst based in Huntingdon, as part of the role you will be required to travel across the AWS region on occasion.Ideally holding a project qualification such as PRINCE2 you will also have experience in:* Implementing change strategies* Managing and communicating change in a project environment * Stakeholder management and engaging with Change Agents as their link to the project* Delivering training and training material* Flexibility to changing priorities* Delivery of significant projects* Identifying and managing risks associated to change Anglian Water is not your typical water company.
