Apply now Wells Tobias projects are looking for a hybrid Project Manager / process change specialist to work on the integration and process change for a new HR Document generation tool.This role will have a global focus and will suit candidates who are familiar with change delivery across complex matrixed businesses.The ideal candidate will have worked on a HR related document generation project before (or similar) and will have the strength of character to challenge change resistance through displaying a polite and well informed approach.The programme is currently in-flight and being rolled out across 6 countries so any experience of doing something similar for European offices will be useful.This is an initial 6 month role based in Manchester and has the potential to go longer term.
