Your role would be to provide quality care & support, by encouraging and supporting individuals in reaching their full potential, offering peace of mind to their family and friends. Your role will be to provide care & support to each individual, plus participate in the planning, implementation and delivery of life and support plans appropriate to the individual's needs, contributing to the individual's quality of life. You will also be involved in administering their medication needs, assisting with activities and getting the residents to integrate in the community.
