Apply now N2O create and deliver many of Britain's best brand activation campaigns from nationwide experiential marketing roadshow tours to fully integrated launch campaigns with top retailers.Due to our continuing growth, we are on the lookout for an efficient Part-TimeCampaign Administrator to join the team based at our client's Head Office in Nottingham. If successful, you will work alongside a small events team, dealing with all related campaign activities. We envisage a requirement for approximately 25 hours per week worked over 4 to 5 days, but can be flexible. You'll be responsible for booking in all activities, checking all forms are correct and liaising with internal departments within the store. As well as supplier activity you will look after the client's own campaigns, managing the supplier, event trackers, running reports after each campaign and making sure we have a clear picture of what activity is happening in stores. You'll be working closely with N2O Campaign Managers, requesting store lists for activity and liaising with stores on forthcoming activities. Whilst the role is highly administrative, it is also very client facing, so the ability to develop excellent working relationships with clients is important. Additional role requirements: • Develop relationships with clients and instil their confidence • Updating parts of the clients' website • Act as a key point of contact when booking in activity • Produce reports using Excel and handling and analysing data • Opportunity to manage campaigns for allocated activities The ideal candidate should have: GCSE Maths and English Grade B or above (or Equivalent)Strong experience in office administration (ideally within a similar experiential marketing / agency environment)Clear communicator; confident liaising with clients and having excellent written and spoken EnglishFriendly and professional attitudeCompetent with IT packages (MS Office and Excel) and analytical skills to analyse data, use spreadsheets and produce reportsExcellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasksA fierce attention to detail and appreciation of need to follow processPossession of a proactive, 'can-do', problem solving attitude To apply, email your CV with a covering message confirming your current salary and salary expectation, plus your notice period.
