We are looking for a strategic CRM coordinator to join the team and manage the campaign process, sharpening the overall best practice email framework (marketing calendar, segmentation, automation, special events, BAU campaigns, etc) and improving efficiency. Key responsibilities: Creating, delivering and analysing email campaignsSharing evaluations with the wider team (UK and International), identifying opportunities to scale, repeat, improve.Using ExactTarget (campaign and journey building, audience segmentation, analytics)Managing relationships with external agencies You'll be a confident communicator, at home in a fast-paced environment with B2C CRM marketing experience. Retail experience, additional languages and good knowledge of ExactTarget will all help your CV to stand out.
