Apply now As our new CRM Manager (Customer Experience) you will manage and implement the CRM communications strategy for Equifax in the UK&I. In this diverse role will cover both consumer (B2C) and indirect communications (B2B) and will be supported by a dedicated Email Marketing Manager with your primary focus to develop compelling content & throughout the current direct consumer communications lifecycle.Your role will be to build customer confidence, & satisfaction levels by helping to set a new level of customer expectations across all UK Equifax businesses. Key responsibilities of the CRM Manager (Customer Experience) include: You will manage the vendor relationships and budget for customer communications (direct and indirect) whilst working alongside the ESP to develop greater personalization, customer lifecycle and other best-in-market campaign activityCreate, manage and deliver the email marketing programme to Equifax customers to increase engagement and retention with the existing databaseImprove the performance of email marketing in terms of deliverability, open and click rates, conversions, increased revenue and decreased unsubscribe ratesManage and develop the Email Marketing Manager for UK&IProactive use of reporting, analysis and insight to develop and optimize campaignsCreate and implement testing strategies for subject lines, content and promotional activity to improve performance and relevancy of the email programmeWork alongside Head of Retention to develop and implement CRM initiatives for both new and existing customersRequired Skills of the CRM Manager (Customer Experience):Experience in a customer-facing email or eCRM role with strong copywriting, design, segmentation and testing skillsProven ability to create and execute commercially-driven customer strategiesWell versed in HTML, particularly in reference to HTML email design and the limitations imposed by ISPs and email clients.Experience in data mining, analysis and reporting (including web analytics) to enhance campaign performanceThe successful candidate will be required to write custom segmentation queries, either through the ESP's interface or using offline toolsPreferred Skills of the CRM Manager (Customer Experience):Previous experience within a digital agency environmentExposure to ExactTargetKnowledge of GDPR practices What exactly does Equifax do?Equifax is a global information solutions company that uses trusted unique data, innovative analytics, technology and industry expertise to power organizations and individuals around the world by transforming knowledge into insights that help make more informed business and personal decisions.
