Apply now A luxury retailer is looking for an exceptional CRM Manager. The role is newly created and will focus on the CRM activity of the business. A new strategy will be set out and implemented across direct mail and email, supporting the brand's exciting period of growth. The ideal candidate will be an established CRM expert who is confident in creating and implementing an exciting new CRM strategy. They must be experienced and confident in running an end to end email process, showing ability to communicate and work effectively with other stakeholders within the business. The brand is currently at the start of an exciting new project that is sure to establish them even further in the market, this role will play an integral part in the launch. Suiting someone who is highly entrepreneurial and eager to make an impact within a renowned brand, they will ideally have retail experience.
