They are an independent membership body who offer content, comparison services, deals and have a not for profit arm as well that campaigns for consumer issues. Having grown from a print magazine, they are now a key digital player and a Data first business. What is the Role? This role is sat in their Marketing Analytics team who support the wider marketing division. - Help to design and analyse their CRM activity - Look at customer journeys and provide key insights on how to improve engagement and conversion - Grow into a role of Analytics lead and mentor junior team members - Help drive strategy with your insights - Test and learn methods to try out new theories - Deploy customer segmentation models - Develop and help automate robust reporting and visualisations for the company. Who are You? You have experience with: - SAS programming - SQL or VBA - Strong degree in STEM / numerical subject - Ability to visualise data and tell a narrative using BI tools (Tableau, Qlikview, SAS VA) - Desire to work in high growth, data first environment.
