Apply now An unusual, specialist post within a well-established and respected Leeds practice (salary up to £26,000) where you will personally manage cases and advise colleagues on residential transactions which include an element of part-exchange. This Conveyancing position is a maternity cover post (9 months, part time will be considered). Your duties will include: Managing sales files from reservation to completionDrafting contractsReplying to enquiries raised by the buyers SolicitorsPerforming exchange of contracts and completionsTitle Checking Your focus will particularly be on matters relating to part exchange (PX) acquisitions and sales under the supervision of the Technical and Liaison Manager and the Head of Plot Sales Unit.
