Apply now CNC Programmer The Client We are recruiting for an ongoing Temporary to Permanent CNC Programmer; our client is a well-established specialist, local business dealing in high level engineering and laser profiling with a focus on specific CNC work. This is a fantastic gateway to a long term career within a prime firm CNC Programmer The Role You will be responsible for CNC Turning, up to a Programmer level which also includes setting and operating machines efficiently and effectively. The role will be using the Fanuc operating system and you will be setting up and programming various CNC lathes to run with bar feed or with an operator. The role will also incorporate other engineering duties such as CNC Milling machine programming which experience is desired but not essential, the client also has the use of Victor lathes so again experience would be desirable but not essential. The working hours are 39 hours per week, 07.30 till 16.30 with an early Friday finish, however in addition there is plenty of scope for overtime during the week which is paid at time and half and double time on Sundays CNC Programmer The Person You will be an experience CNC programmer with Fanuc control experience and Turning experience, ideally competent in all aspects of engineering however other areas are trained in You will be ready to take your next career step with a long term client CNC Programmer
