Apply now Exciting new opportunity available with an award winning global, independent event and corporate Travel Management Company!!We are seeking a Business Travel Tour Specialist to join a leading Global Touring agency in assisting Tour & Production Managers and entertainment clients with all their travel needs and touring logistics.The successful candidate will be dedicated and experienced with the ability to cope with the pressures of a demanding but highly rewarding role.Duties & responsibilities*Manage Touring/Entertainment client travel logistics ensuring accuracy and the highest level of service at all times*Accurately & efficiently field all given enquiries*Work within given deadlines and ensure all client budgets and requirements are met.*Process any administrative tasks/queries including accounting queries, promptly and accurately*Work independently and as part of a teamKnowledge & skills*Minimum 3 years Galileo GDS - ticketing and reissue experience.*Strong knowledge of Microsoft packages (email / word / excel / power point *Preferred BA1 & BA2 or VA1 & VA2 Fares*Strong knowledge & understanding of fares, negotiated contracted fares, ticketing and reissues*Highest level of customer service*Time management and organisational skills essential*Experience working with group bookings preferredTHE PACKAGE:A competitive salary will be offered depending on experience!Hours 35 per week shift pattern - Monday to Friday (with the occasional weekend work)8:30 - 16:309:00 - 17:0010:00 - 18:0011:00 - 19:00INTERESTED?Follow the instructions below to APPLY NOW or send your CV to , call Joe on .
