They seek an experienced business support manager to lead a team of SMEs and to be responsible for their development and the overall business relationship to internal and external investment clients. This role will suit an individual who has experience from the fund administration / accounting background who can demonstrate team leadership/management experience as part of that role. Hours of work are 9am - 5.30pm, Monday to Friday and duties include: -Managing the team to ensure all staff meet agreed service levels for internal and external relationshipsMaintaining and developing relationships with external suppliers and internal business teams including Relationship Management, Transfer Agency, Oversight, Finance, Compliance, Change Delivery and ITEnsuring regular analysis of data systems and maintenance of accurate records and establish controls to share data with senior management, external clients and other stakeholdersSupporting the business and external clients with providing solutions for data requests and reporting requirementsEnsuring timely reporting to internal and external stakeholders is delivered to agreed service levelsSupport in business systems and process changes offering department support in staff development and understanding of all business systemsExperience RequiredTo be considered for this role you must be able to demonstrate experience from the fund administration and transfer industry as well as have working knowledge of UK Fund Legislation. You must also be able to demonstrate experience leading and mentoring a team and be able to communicate and form business relationships at various levels which will include senior clients. Any exposure to managing projects and change initiatives within your previous positions will also be advantageous.
