A global Financial Services organisation are currently seeking a Workforce Manager to join them on a permanent basis in Knutsford. The role relies on excellent stakeholder and business management experience and will require prior workforce management knowledge. £40,000 - £50,000 + Bonus and Benefits Package Essential Requirements: Experience working in a large global organisation. Ideally some experience working in a Financial Services organisation too.Knowledge and working experience of Workforce management and Resource Management.Excellent stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to work with Directors and Managing Directors from across the business.Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skillsDemonstrable ability to analyse data and work with multiple types of complex data.Comprehensive experience of Resource Management within a multinational enterprise sized financial services organization; with an understanding of Resourcing and Headcount issues and challenges.Proven conflict management experience and ability to provide pragmatic solutions for Resourcing issues.Extensive Experience of leading detailed and accurate forecasting processes; as well as working with complex data, tools and processes.Ability to work under pressure and attention to detailAbility to present succinctly and with confidence.
