Apply now I am currently searching for a competent Assistant and Office Manager, on behalf of a forward-thinking specialist contractor, who have established themselves as the market leader within a very niche corner of the market. The role will support the FD in the main, assisting with various administrative and organisational tasks. Day to day tasks will include arranging meetings, call handling, document management, taking minutes and any other ad-hoc requirement that may arise. You will also take responsibility for the Office Management, overseeing the smooth running of the office in relation to IT, facilities and consumables. You will also take on managerial responsibility for the Administrative Assistant. This is a fast moving and varied role, and so calls for a person who can effectively multi-task whilst ensuring all work is completed to a consistently competent level. You will be confident communicating at all levels and will be organized and pro-active. Working knowledge of ISO accreditations would provide a distinct advantage. In return you will receive a salary of around £22,000 p.a, dependant upon experience.
