Job Purpose The purpose of this role is to generate signed terms and conditions on instructions for our rating services, through the generation of sales meetings with prospective clients. The role will be largely telephone based with some attendance at sales calls/meetings and will also require an element of self-generated lead sourcing. To reflect the importance of the consultative selling methods of Colliers International we provide a good basic salary with a realistic and uncapped commission. Main Responsibilities Telephone based meeting arranging through consultative selling methods and provision of full needs analysisAttendance at some calls/meetings with prospective clientsResponsibility for maximising return of signed terms and conditionsRepresentation of the Colliers International brand at all timesFull understanding of the rating service line offeringConsultation with Rating surveyors and Directors to ensure successful and quality sales calls/meetingsResponsibility of sourcing new leads internally through understanding of other departments and use of initiative Key skills Strong consultative selling experiencePersistent yet professional telephone mannerExperience of working to targetsLead sourcing, identification and qualification experience Qualifications and experience Sales background ideally within a property/real estate function or professional services sector.Experience of working with a CRM system.
