These roles will specifically look at the implementation of the new exciting new regulatory changes within the market to encourage competition and improve customer freedom within the market. The business are really looking for customer centric individuals that can understand what the regulations mean and how new propositions within the organisation can adapt / fit in line with these. All whilst viewing these from the customer perspective. The role will involve: End to end customer journey mappingWorking closely with proposition teams to ensure they're working in line the regulationsImplementing new technology & roll outs from initiation to implementationSenior stakeholder management & being able to sell customer centric concepts to the businessWorking within a fully agile environmentPlanning - working closely with business strategy and proposition teams ensuring the customer is placed at the centre of changes.Target operating model development The Business are looking for a candidate from the following background: Customer centric programmesCustomer journey / change management positions within Digital (FS preferred but not essential)Full agile programme backgroundsRegulatory change programmes (any PSD2 or Open Banking experience viewed favourably)Digital (this is essential)Planning at strategy level This role offers the candidate the chance to work at one of the UK's largest Financial Services Clients on a ground-breaking regulation that impacts all customers and how they interact with companies & technology. It also offers exposure to very senior individuals within the organisations. This is a 12 month initial contract on a role that is likely run for 18-24 months.
