Main Purpose of the Role: *Proactively sell to both existing and new customers in order to meet targets. *Build and develop the customer base at their branch. *Carry out various roles within the branch including, telesales, trade counter sales. *Relief driver for van deliveries *Handle all customer queries *Process orders from incoming goods to despatch *Contribute to the team in terms of sales action plans and customer development *Provide high levels of customer service *Promote all products to customers Must haves: *Well organised *Experience in contracting or industrial electrical products. *Previous customer service experience *Good knowledge of the electrical industry, competitors and suppliers.
