Apply now ADC Therapeutics is a fast-growing, emerging biotechnology company with global ambitions, founded in 2011 with the aim to develop proprietary Antibody Drug Conjugates (ADCs), which are monoclonal antibodies specific to particular types of tumour cells conjugated to a novel class of highly potent pyrrolobenzodiazepine (PBD) dimer cytotoxic warheads. In anticipation of expanding our preclinical and clinical programs we seek a Bioanalytical Laboratory Assistant with good work ethic to join our Bioanalytical Method Development and Qualification Team This job is located at our London, UK facility. Education/qualifications: BSc degree in Biochemistry, Chemistry or Biology with at least one year of related industry bioanalytical experience.Experience and knowledge of bioanalytical assays, such as ELISA and ECLIA.Hands-on skills and familiarity with bioanalytical instrumentation is essential.Prior experience with the following is a plus: sample handling and data management.working in a regulated GLP/GMP compliant environmentcell culture and cell-based assays Any highly motivated, enthusiastic, independent and self-supporting individual is encouraged to apply. Responsibilities: Perform routine sample testing according to defined methods, policies and regulations.Compile detailed observations, perform analyses of data, support interpretation of results and accurate record of experimental results in laboratory notebooks, contribute to technical reports and SOPs, and follow policies and regulations.Perform bioanalytical assays and provide practical support to scientists in assay development, optimization and qualification.Support the inventory of critical assay reagents and materialsSupport sample shipments and receipt.Support continuous improvement in laboratory activities and contribute to the general organisation of the laboratories
