Apply now CompanyWe are recruiting for an modern, market leading maintenance company who are currently increasing the size of their team to manage their increasing portfolio of clients based within LondonQualifications* The BMS Engineer ideally will have an air conditioning or building services apprenticeship or equivalent* Must hold an engineering qualification of NVQ and higher, an apprenticeship is highly advantageous. Duties*Collate and submit quotations in conjunction with the account delivery team. To undertake Controls and Instrumentation PPM, proactive and reactive works issued through the controls service desk within set time frames so that the customer expectations are met.*Monitoring and interrogation of the BEMS.*Modification to building services control and instrumentation.*Modify drawings and documentation.*Installation of new instrumentation.*Operate and maintain BEMS when directed to do so.*Identify and incorporate energy efficiency control strategies. (Key)*To provide callout response for the client as detailed on the callout rota *To undertake contractor control duties on behalf of the client, including monitoring of contractors and their workmanship, so that relevant standards are met.*To ensure that equipment operates to specified performance criteria.*To ensure equipment and surrounding area conform to agreed company standards.*To provide a professional service and represent the company in a way which ensures customer satisfaction.*To evaluate performance and ensure the proper servicing and maintenance of equipment under contract to the company is carried out.*To take a pro-active approach to client liaison and ensure that concerns are dealt with or relayed to management as necessary.*To be fully aware of contractual requirements and customer needs at all times.*To ensure that administration requirements are actioned on time and all necessary documents / records are maintained accurately.Benefits; Benefits of a BMS Service / Control Engineer are a highly competitive salary of: c. £39,000- £45,000 p/a DOEMonday - Friday 8.30am - 5pmContributory PensionOvertime - availableStability
