Apply now Boxtree recruitment are currently for an Automotive Technical Co Ordinator will be responsible for supporting national Sales clients and the Importer market helpdesk in the resolution of escalated vehicle concerns. The main purpose of the Technical Coordinator role is to support the coordination of aspects of the Technical Support process, such as the progression of delayed or aged cases. This includes communication with other departments in as well as senior management. Candidate Responsibilities Focus on aged cases globally to identify the extraordinary action needed to resolve the customer's concernLiaison with Engineering teams to progress delayed or aged casesLiaison with Technical Support Engineers globally to progress delayed or aged casesLiaison with internal departments to manage the prevent recurrence process, relating to issues which affect the delivery of efficient technical support and customer serviceManagement and resolution of high level concern cases received at director level, escalated and reporting on vehicle specification changes presenting findings on an agreed regular basis to senior management Candidate Specifications Experience of vehicle repairs within a franchised retailer, preferably at a Master Technician level or equivalentAbility to describe and understand complex technical issues clearlyStrong diagnostic and analytical skillsHigh level of computer literacy, especially Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint Google Sheets, Documents and FormsExcellent verbal and written communication skills with exceptional attention to detailStrong interpersonal skills - ability to liaise and communicate at all levelsEnthusiastic, flexible and proactive personality with good problem-solving abilitiesStrong organisational and time management skills - ability to work with minimal supervision Working hours Full time - 40hrs per week Package up to £35k 25 days annual leave o Company contributory pension planCash back health care schemeLife assurance Company sickness policy car Salary exchange scheme
