We are looking for a highly motivated, passionate person who will join our team covering stores in the West Midlands - covering the Merry Hill & Birmingham Showrooms. This is a great way to see how our business operates in numerous stores, giving you a feel of how you can make an impact across locations. Ideally, you will be an Assistant Store Manager level, looking for your next step. Traveling across a region means your planning. prioritising and time management skills need to be on point! You will be hungry to learn about our vast product ranges and impart this on others too, whether is aiding our customers or training team members. You will eagerly look for sales & service improvements, nothing changes if we don't and share/promote best practice in your store but also your region too. YOU will be required to work every weekend and Bank Holidays as these are high footfall/sales days for us.
