This has led to an opportunity for an experienced professional to join the business as Assistant Quality Manager. Role outline: Reporting to the Quality Manager this role is to assist with the resolution of issues advised to the Quality Department by internal and external customers. Assist with all aspects of the company AS9120 Quality Management system, control reporting, reviewing and improvement. Assist with the resolution of issues found with parts received by the company and liaise with applicable supplier representatives. Deputise for the Quality Manager in his absence. Responsibilities include: Liaise with customers both internal and external regarding quality issuesLiaise with suppliers regarding quality issuesLiaise with auditorsRMA activitiesNCR activitiesImprovement activitiesKPI reporting
