Apply now The Energy Product Management Team are in a unique position having a company wide remit to champion the customer and ensuring that First Utility delivers innovative and market leading products and services and ensuring that the brand promise to lower energy bills is delivered. The focus and deliverables include: Achieve growth targets including launch of Pay as You GoIncrease smart engagement and launch new smart tariffs and servicesImprove customer service metricsReduce cost to serve Cost to Serve (CTS)Increase customer lifetime valueExecute on compliance and regulatory changes required To ensure that the First Utility Energy Product Management Team can deliver against the stated strategy and goals, an opportunity exists to join the team as an Assistant Product Manager to focus on maximising the opportunity that the move to smart metering provides. The role will support the delivery of the new front of shelf prepayment / pay as you go propositions, establish BAU processes and lead discrete work streams. In addition the role will work on the engagement and adoption of smart meters across the First Utility customer base.
