This role will also encompass some project management responsibilities such as helping with client move ins and establishing new processes to improve efficiency and the general smooth running of the office. This role is perfect for a natural communicator and a great relationship builder, as you will be responsible for motivating the team, proactively managing client's standards and assisting clients at first response level.
