The Assistant Manager role is very hands on and you will be responsible for the day to day running of the business in the absence of the General Manager including the training and development of your team, food safety and working with some of the best produce around. To fit in with this great brand you need to be a happy, positive Assistant Manager with great people skills. This is a brand new concept with a big vision for the future so there are many opportunities for the right Assistant Manager to very quickly become a General Manager and beyond as the brand expands. Skills required to be a successful Assistant Manager would include but are not limited to: Assistant Manager in a Take Away or Casual DiningPubRestaurant (Min of 1 years experience)Previous role managing people (1 years min)Excellent motivational and engagement skillsAble to quickly build rapport and relationshipsStrong communication and English languageExcellent time management and organisational skillsManual dexterity Due to the nature of this business it would suit a manager that is really taken with the concept.
