Apply now Due to winning major contracts, this asbestos consultancy that offers professional advice and services on all asbestos and environmental disciplines across the country currently requires the services of a smart, diligent, competent and multi-skilled Asbestos Surveyor/Analyst to cover a mixed bag of contracts predominately within the Yorkshire area and will include applications from West/South Yorkshire - Leeds, Bradford, Doncaster, Sheffield and the surrounding areas.Qualifications & Experience:The applicant must possess the P402/P403/P404 or the equivalent - RSPH qualifications and must have prior and varied experience working within this role and within the asbestos parameter.Must excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Must be well versed in Health and Safety procedures with regards to asbestos.Must be competent in using the Microsoft Office Package.Role Will Encompass:Carrying out asbestos 4 stage clearances, smoke, background, leak reassurance, visual, re-occupation and personal air testing properties.Conducting Management/Refurbishment/Demolition surveys on commercial and industrial properties.Overseeing asbestos contractors on site and ensuring they carry out the work in accordance with the Health and Safety legislation in relation to asbestos.Producing comprehensive reports.Building and maintaining a good rapport with the clients/customers on a regular basis.Getting involved with other duties as and when required.Attributes:Ideally, the successful applicant will be a good team player, flexible and have good work ethic and at the same time carry out the work effectively and within time frame.An excellent salary, company vehicle and along with many other fringe benefits awaits the right candidate.Future Select are the leading market supplier for recruitment in the Asbestos industry, we work with the best clients & candidates and supply the majority of permanent jobs in the asbestos market.
