Reporting to the General Manager, you will be part of a hard-working and well- respected team focused on providing exceptional Customer service. Absolute Essentials: • Results driven • Highly motivated • Strong sales background • Prior experience within the freight industry • Driving licence Duties: will include, but not be exclusive to: • Maintaining and increasing sales of your company's products • Reaching the targets and goals set for your area • Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base • Servicing the needs of your existing customers • Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market • Setting sales targets for individual reps and your team as a whole • Allocating areas to sales representatives • Developing sales strategies and setting targets • Monitoring your team's performance and motivating them to reach targets • Keeping up to date with products and competitors Area Details: The South of England is still a new area for our client which they seek to develop & expand. You will therefore be responsible for full area of southern England. You can/will be operational anywhere within this area but must always be available for email/phone contact; no limitations.
