Apply now Work Relief Charity Recruitment is delighted to be working with one of London's most prolific homeless charities and supported housing providers. They specialise in the provision of support, guidance and housing of homeless young people and adults, with the aim of achieving independent living. They are currently looking for a dedicated and innovative leader to oversee their night concierge teams, based across their multiple London sites. This role position will be based in Wimbledon, and will require London travel. As manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of service delivery by the Night Concierge Team. Leading and directing staff across the different locations, to ensure that they are supported in delivering the highest standards of service delivery. Managing the concierge rota, ensuring that there are effective concierge staffing levels across the organisation In addition you will ensure the team are able to deliver an effective out of hours response service, without 24 hour staffing cover. Visiting all services and locations regularly and in response to any serious incidents or emergency situations. The ideal candidate will have a natural ability to motivate, lead and develop a team, preferably within a housing management or support services environment. We are looking for you to have a good understanding of the issues affecting the homeless, and the ability to manage complex and difficult situations in relation to people. You will have excellent communication skills, and the ability to develop good working relationships with customers, colleagues and external contacts. If this is you, we would love to hear from you! You will also require a full driving licence with no more than 3 penalty points.
