Apply now Our international Client based in Camberley, Surrey require a fluent speaking Russian Import/Export Analyst to support their team for a 12 month period. To provide a professional service to trade and internal customers and to be responsible for all aspects of export order management with Middle East and African distributors.To ensure that Distributors and company service level targets are met.Compliance (Export Documentation)This role will be working as part of Import & Export Order To Delivery Team Customer Service Management Accountable for all aspects of service for a portfolio of defined distributors for which the Import & Export Analyst is completely responsible.To work with other members of the Import & Export Team and Lead to provide outstanding service to all distributors within a specific region. Accountable for maximising the distributor's case fill level (and on-time delivery if appropriate) in line with departmental and customer targetsProduct Portfolio ManagementTo professionally manage allocations, liaison with local Sales, Logistics, LSPs, freight forwarders and communication to customers in short or out of stock situations.Ensure the efficient management of new product listings and delists into customers through liaison with local Sales and Logistics Service Providers. Order Management Ensure the accurate and timely processing of manual orders through local Sales interfaces and receipt and processing of manual orders Requirements Previous experience in an Import & Export Customer Services environment. Ideally this would include order management and import/export declarations.
