Your new roleDuties will include managing the reception and their busy switchboard, answering the intercom to visitors. The role will also include meeting visitors from reception and taking them to the relevant meeting room and making refreshments etc. booking meeting rooms and arranging catering for meetings and audits as and when required as well as general administration duties.What you'll need to succeedYou will need to be a proven receptionist with experience in administration in a corporate environment. You must have an excellent telephone manner with a good team player attitude that is willing to go the extra mile.
