WORK EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS Must be completely fluent in French and EnglishMust have excellent organisational skillsMust have good computer skillsWould be advantageous to be experienced in student travel or related field, but not necessary.Must have strong work ethic and sense of work commitment KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES Responsibilities include the full range of administrative duties required to plan, organise and manage our courses for overseas students all year around. However, within that range there are certain areas of responsibility with which you will be principally concerned. They are: Centre Management: Selecting and booking accommodationPlanning and booking activities and transportation (coaches, trains…)Preparing everything for the group/centre managers to be able to implement the programme effectively on site, supporting the team and dealing with incidentsUpdating budgets and costings, checking payments to partners, filing confirmationsUpdating programmes in French and EnglishSending information to teams (list of students, info on arrivals/departures, confirmations of reservations, rooming list / accommodation chart…) On top of these main responsibilities, here is below a non-exhaustive list of functions that you will be required to carry out: Organise French and English yearly staff training briefings in the UK and ParisAttend staff briefings in London and ParisUpdate programme costingsRead & Check Incident Reports and liaise with clientsWrite answers to complaints on your centresAdvertise, recruit, interview and monitor interns all year aroundAnswer the phone in English and French. Reply to parents/staff/clients/partners queriesMeet & Greet at the stationInputting of data into our booking systemOn call duties during our programmes Please note: From April to August inclusive very high work pressure necessitating some weekend and evening work BENEFITS Role will be varied with a wide range of roles dutiesScope to grow within the organisationTraining givenWorking for an employer who values diversity28 days annual leave, including bank holidays
